Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your selected products. This is not an acceptance of your order. Once payment is processed, our dispatch team will prepare your order, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation, forming a contract between us.

We reserve the right to decline orders due to payment issues, shipping restrictions, stock availability, or quality concerns.

• Pricing: All product prices are listed in GBP and exclude delivery fees, which are added at checkout.
• International Orders: Import duties or taxes may be charged separately by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your customs office for estimated costs before purchasing.
• Discount Codes: Non-transferable, no cash alternative, and must be used before the expiry date stated.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. Items in your cart are not reserved until payment is completed. If a product becomes unavailable, you will not be charged.

Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving your order. If you cancel your order, you must return the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

• Returns must be received within 28 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply if return conditions are not met.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

For cancellations before dispatch, a full refund, including delivery, will be issued. For returns after dispatch, only the product cost will be refunded.
